Sarang Haeyo!

Ive just had my first ever Korean (South) customer! I mean, Ive seen them and shit but this is like first contact!

I thought they were chinese at first so I started by asking them in chinese whether it would be better if I spoke chinese but they said they were korean. There were 2 of them, then the cuter one asked," You know how two spick korean?"

Then I answered cheekily,"Yes! I know 'Sarang Haeyo'!" and she giggled...awwwwwwwww. lol!

As I listened to them converse with each other in korean, I found the language very pleasant to the ear. There were very few explosive sounding syllables. I also learnt that a name like "Kim Jia" is not pronounced "keem geeya" as two syllables but "keem gee-ah" as three syllables.

Wah, if those 2 girls were the national average then...
